Default power window conversion

I drive a 98 civic hb dx witch im trying to convert to power windows and power door locks.

My question: Will a wiring harness from a 99 civic ex work even if it is an automatic or does the wiring harness have to be from a manual transmition. my dx is manual. does it matter or can I use it to convert my manual dx?

Plug and play all of the manual/auto differences are in the engine harness.
