It's just a sticker that is on it.. It's normal for EPROM Chips to have stickers on them. Some have a hole in the middle with clear cover, so they put a sticker to cover it. The hole is used to flash the Rom Chip, or in other words, erase the contents of the chip.

May I ask why are you looking for a P13 Chip? What is wrong with you ECU? Is it LIMP? I recently purchased a P13 ECU off of Ebay, and it turned out to be LIMP. I had it chipped, for only $50.00 but it turned out that that is was the factory ROM was the problem.

The P13 on the chip is obviously photoshoped. I'm willing to bet this would not only be a waste of money, but may also damage your motor. I wouldn't want one near my car.

It doesn't matter.. Even if it is Photochopped on, I'm sure they put a sticker on it saying the same thing.. What's on the chip physically doesn't matter. It could say freakin' anything.. What matters is what is programed on the chip.
