Default oil leaks at turbo return flange..

i've tried countless times to fix the leak, but it seems like oil is always finding a way to leak out from the return port on the turbo.. i've tried 4 times to seal up the leak with different types of gaskets w/ no sucess.. how do u guys seal ur return lines w/o having oil finding a way to leak?? this is fustrating me to death now..

i clean the surfaces well, smear a thin coat of permatex copper gasket silicone and apply immediately and torque tightly. never had it leak.
