now i need a new muffler.


so, does anyone here know of a good performance muffler which looks kinda like stock and is street legal?


well, actually, i dont care about performance, i just want a good looking muffler which has a deep sound and isnt big.


i do have a catback exhaust, but i lost my stock muffler.

hmm the ITR exhaust looks stock and is street legal.. but dont know if thats what your looking for..

the Greddy evo is nice and deep and 50 state legal.. but the tip is kind of big (i have one)..

look into RS*R, Comptech, Apexi WS, Tanabe Hyper Medallion or Thermal R&D

EDIT: oh yeah if u can afford/can justify to spend about $1,000 on an exhaust.. Mugen is good too..

i went to his house to pick up a type r radiator. he told me it was in good condition any only getting rid of it because i just got a fluidyne radiator. i looked at his car, and yeah, he got one.

he seemed cool, the radiator look good. so i bought it.

went home, put it on, and found out that the core had a hole it in.

so yeah, i got ripped off.

i drove about 1hr and brought my friends along to pick up that radiator. we went on a road trip for nothing.

he lives to far for me to do anything about it.

 

yeah, but then you went and sold the crappy radiator to me, knowing it was messed up. That's really fucked up. If you get screwed over, don't try and screw over someone else. Take care of the problem. Thanks man, for all the hassle you put me threw when I was in desperate need of a radiator. I have no remorse for you. Looks like it's time for me to change my signature and put your address and phone number, which I still have.

I need to clear one thing up. He did give me my money back, which i am lucky for. The reason I am so mad is cause I found out he knowlingly sold me a broken radiator. I needed one really bad, and when I installed it, it leaked worse than the one I already had. Just a real shady situation and real shady indvidual.

ok this is what really happend. i bought a radiator from that guy and i never put that radiator on my car since my car is a automatic.


so i was waiting for a while because i thought that i was gonna change my ride to a stick but i didnt.

anyways, i said, forget and sold it to that guy up there.

i didnt know it was fucked up.


he was the one who told me it had a leaking core and stuff. i didnt know.


what i just posted was just a short version of the story....

anyways, i didnt know i sold you a leaking radiator. to be honest, i really thought you ripped me off. i thought you went home, put the radiator on, then call me up, telling me the radiator was leaking, and then went to my house and gave me ur old radiator.

so yeah, after you gave me the radiator, i went to the backyard, and test it out, and yeah it was leaking. and i thought u ripped me off.


if i really knew it was leaking, i would never of sold it. cause you know where i live and ur only 30 mins away from where im at....


and when u called, me, wasnt i like, wtf? its leaking? and i did give u ur money back.


now thats what really happened.

i bet most of the people here are still riding in their stock shocks with no camber kit and still have thier hubcaps on. and never been in an alignment shop for years. haha. when tons of dc stickers, etc...

welcome to the club...i got a modified exhaust ticket a while ago....luckily the stupid cop checked off the box saying its fixable! so i went to the police station w/ my stock muffler, showed them, got it signed off and went back home and slapped back on my trust! Play it safe and get a greddy system or itr

 

well it's funny how the for sale post for the radiator came after your post asking about a leaking radiator. This proves you obviously knew the radiator was bad. I wouldn't accuse you of stuff if I hadn't thought long and hard about it. As for you saying you thought I scammed you and gave you my busted radiator back. Well I guess I spray painted my radiator white to match the oversprayed POS one that I bought from you yeah right. You've already proved that you are a hypocrit and there is no place for people like you in society. And as for your car not being ricey, why don't you post a pic of it up and let the honda-tech board be the judge.

my radiator was leaking. so i bought a type r radiator because someone here said it was good.

i went to the parts trader . com and purcahsed it from alex.


i was gonna put it on, but like i said, my car is automatic, i was going to change it to a stick, but i changed my mind. then someone posted about a tranny cooler, so i was about to buy a seperate tranny cooler but the b&m said i would have to use it with the stock cooler so i said forget it.

so i sold it to you.


my radiator was leaking from the top part if you read the posts. it was leaking where the plastic met with the aluminum..

the one i sold you, which i bought from alex was leaking at the core. and i didnt know it was leaking till you told me.


so think about that.


read all the past posts. all the facts and evidence points to you getting mad for nothing.


my radiator is showa, so its tanned, and also made for an automatic.

the one alex sold me was denso. and black..

my was leaking from the top, his leaking from the core.

when you called me, i answered the phone.

when i called alex, he never picked up.

when u asked for ur money, i said, yeah, i'll give it to you.

when you told me it was leaking, i was surprized....

see, if i really wanted to ripp you off, i would of.... all i had to do was meet you half way at some place. sold you the radiator and never show up agian or answer your phone call.....

now alex, thats the differnt story, the address he gave me was probably his grandma house.
