Ok, I've been talking to a few people about having a west coast R meet for a little while now, but wanted to wait until my car was back on the ground so I could attend with mine. There's a lot of you who aren't able to make the east coast ITR Expos so this would be a good chance for us to meet up, shoot the ****, have a little BBQ and do whatever. I'm going to go ahead and call out a location, date and time that I think would be a good starting point, everything can change, and probably will, but I want everyones input who is down with this. Lets make it work!

Place: Las Vegas, NV. Date: August 11th/12th or August 18th/19th.
Both or one or the other. Which ever works for most. Having it in Phoenix has already come up in discussion, but if we get some SoCal guys coming out I think Las Vegas would be a little more central for everyone. If it becomes a 2 dayer I can safely accommodate up to 20 R's overnight @ my mothers house if we decide to do a 2 dayer...

People I would like to see make it and really try their best to. Scott (KY) Mike Honda, YellowKahuna, kepani, Yoshi, Nolan (EG6-DC2), Sean (NIKE), Rhett, THE ONE, Melanie (R-Box)... there are more but I want to get this thread up.

The 11th-12th weekend works best for me (I start school the 20th, but I'm probably crazy enough to make it work either way).

2 dayer would be best since we're all makin' the drive.

Cory, I work primarily on weekends so won't be able to attend I've been to LV several times this year for jobs, so if another one comes up I'll PM j00.

If it makes you feel any better, you can laugh at R-box's flaws when you see him... I know I always say, " previous owner" regarding his condition, but I just can't afford to fix up his exterior to showroom condition. I don't really mind the exterior flaws as long as I'm not accused of creating them... like I was when an elderly couple backed into R-box and accused ME of backing into their truck's steel bumper and causing it 'damage' (which, duh, wasn't even damaged).

I will have to check on the 11th & 12th. But the 18th & 19th is out of the question. That is the Nisei show in LA. There also might be a chance I get my 4dr. R back that weekend too.
