Last night I went to put my top down, and it stopped about half way.

The motor just shut off, and the top stopped, but it went back up...

I was scared and didnt try again.

Anyone chime in?

Still under warrenty? If so, don't worry about it just go get it checked out.

If not under warrenty, Don't touch it until you save up some money and when you have enough try it again. This way if it is broken you have the money right away to fix it.

 

Gear bind, missing a tooth, or worse. You'd still gotta rip out some interior to find out.

isnt there an immobilizer underneath the dash? then u can do it manually? read in the maual...

Mine got stuck once or twice going down, i just put it back up and tried again and it worked fine. Try that first.

Give it a shot and corss your fingers. My friends have gotten stuff a few times, no biggie. But when it breaks,... it breaks
