My car idles fine, but theres times when im at the red light and my cars idle starts going up to 1.5-1.8k, Then i start driving it and after a few minutes it goes back down to normal. Also when its revving high, I try accelerating and theres a second or two lag. Any ideas why this is happening?

 

might be possible that the IAC valve is sticking
