Header decision...
I have heard nothing but good things about Toda's headers. But if your looking to save some cash and making power really isn't a concern i would consider a JDM ITR header and call it a day.

I agree with Dave B with the SMSP. But if you have to go with the choices given then it would be the Toda header.
Who the hell even runs a mugen/spoon header these days with all the great header options out there.

Mugen/Spoon > SMSP, Hytech, Toda, etc at the car show.
Out of those choices, the Toda is better hands down, even if I hate their US dist.

Of your choices listed I'd choose Toda because of clearance issues with the Spoon. FWIW I've had the Spoon for 5 years and am pleased with it. But I recently did the suspension and the Spoon already was a possible dent magnet, now I need to look for a replacement before I bash the **** out of it.
But as others have already said, there are better headers available and I would absolutely not go with an Egay replica.

Well, I guess I'll reveal myself ...
I'm the one person who voted for Spoon.
Why?
Well, from what I've seen all three of those headers make similar power, are built well, and have many good/bad reviews from people with tons of different builds and goals. They've been around for ages, and are tested and true. Each one has its little idiosyncrasies, and as long as the owner is aware of them, they keep them for a long time and recommend them to everyone else.
So, why Spoon?
I personally think it's the best looking of the bunch, and I have had good experiences with Spoon products.
Either one you buy, you're getting a good product so I don't mind letting aesthetics factor my decision.
And IMO, yes headers like SMSP, RMF, Bisimoto, ect... are amazing pieces, but for a stock motor I wouldn't think that you'd be that better off with one. Built motors are an entirely different story.
Still, all in all, a JDM 4-1 is still the best bang for the buck. But I'd rock the spoon ... and will be soon too
