i just picked this up on ebay for 180.00...

i need an IC for my dodge colt w/ 4g63swap, looking to make a very efficient 400-450whp and i liked the backdoor endtank design. i'm just wondering how efficient this IC will be at 400whp and when it will start to really heat soak.

dimensions for the core itself are 20 x 8 x 3.5.

jeff evans has a write-up stating that a quality 20x8x3 core (PWR, spearco) can handle 400whp. not sure if the back-door will decrease that or not. i think you will be ok.

i'll search for his writeup...and another good friend of mine who has a reputation similar to that of jeff evans said the same thing.

my goal is to run a properly sized intercooler...so this might be a good compromise.

thanks for the compliments btw...this car is an absolute blast to drive...i just need to finish it and i haven't had any time because of new business ventures.
