Using toothpaste to clean your headlights?

Cool!!

I've seen it used to clean shoes before.

Never thought about using it on headlights though. lol.

the plastix works good i use both that and mothers...they both work really well for e...but if you do the wet sanding first then use either one you wont have to wet sand again...eveytime you wash or detail your car use one on your headlights....

The white paste works the best. It has plenty of flouride.

I'm guessing toothpaste works due to the tiny abrasives in it that aid in cleaning your teeth. PlastX will work ok but remember that plastx is only a polish/cleaner and as far as I know offers no protection, so remember to frequently apply a wax to the headlights.
