Default Surface oxidation on exhaust manifold.....ok to get ceramic coated?

I found a pretty good deal on a iron ductile exhaust manifold. It was used for about 6 months, and has a good amount of surface oxidation.

Would I still be able to get it Ceramic Coated?

My thinking is they could sand blast the manifold before applying the ceramic coating.

Thanks in advance BTW: This is a b-series blox manifold.

Yes, it's ok. They will clean/prep/sand blast it before coating it.
