so... yesterday, my gas guage read E all of the sudden. went over to the pump and filled up... but it only needed 8 gallons... i know max capacity is 13.2... and usually when it reads E it needs 10-12 gallons - after i filled up the gauge read 5/6th full... why is it being gay?

*i did just get an oil change at the dealership 6 hours before. found that they jacked up my engine splash guard so the possibility of them messing up more crap is not that unlikely.

inputs? i know i can just guess by looking at the mileage but serious this is lame...

 

umm maybe the reason it read empty was cuz you might have parked facing uphill. seems how hondas typically do that.. or if u were taking a lot of left turns... lol and the gas gauges tend to be a little slow. but honestly idk. an oil change wont have anything to do with it i dont think... but never had that problem.. except for the gf complaining that she has to buy my gas every 3 days lol
