ok so i took my charge pipes off the throttle body and was told that if the lower left hole inside the throttle body is pulling vacc. that the thermo valve is unscrewed and thats exactly what mine is doing how do i fix this ( how to tighten thermo valve?? thanks

Your FITV is on the bottom of your throttle body. You can take it off and there is 2 bolts that hold a plate on. Take that plate off and inside is a big plastic plug. You can screw it in and then put it back together. Your idle should get better if that was your problem.
