Default Sedan Seats in a Hatchback

I saw a DX sedan at the junkyard the other day in good shape. But it wasn't like any 4th gen civic I've seen. The stock cloth seats were a little nicer than other DX ones I've seen. The whole seatbelt assembly was different and most was connected to the seats. The lower belt and the one that goes across were seperate. Also the side molding looked different, and the front part of the hood where the front emblem is was shorter with a black plastic piece going across there. Is this stuff normal, because I'm not used to seing sedans. Anyway I want to use these seats, so will they fit the hatchback? And how much of a pain is it to swap seats?

I'm also thinking of swapping seats from a 96 integra, but they're not a direct fit I don't think. Can anyone tell me how hard it is to swap 4g civic sedan seats or the integra ones into a hatchback?

u cant put sedan seats into a hatch. for one, they dont flip forward so you would not have access into the back seat area

i have 93 accord seats in mine. had to flip passengers w/ drivers, that way 3 of 4 mount mounts were sort of stock. has to drill new hole for 4th mounting point.

These seats do push forward. I don't think they originally came in this car since they're nicer than DX seats too. So does anyone know how to go about changing these?

yeah its called bolts , you take a ratchet and a socket and take them out. the fronts are usually held down by 4 bolts 2 in the front and 2 in the rear.

easy thing to do
just take off the bottom glider/slider that holds that seat to the body and swap it out with the bracket from your car 4 bolts that go into the chair itself easy thing to do i did that with my 97 gsr seats into my 91 hatch...

So all I have to do is swap the seats with the slider brackets and I won't have to worry about custom brackets or anything? Do the holes for the slider things match up or do I need to make new holes in the floor?
