i had a b16 swapped into the rex a couple months back, but had the a/c kept on. The guy at the shop had a bracket that he fitted on, and the a/c lined up fine. Well, i just put a belt on yesterday, and while the compressor seems to turn fine, i only get warm air out of the vents. The a/c was blowing cold before, and the shop said they didnt let the freon out when they did the swap. Any trouble shooting steps you guys can suggest? i just dont want to spend the money to get it charged if thats not the problem.

Sounds like the coolant has escaped.....maybe you have a leak in the system.

Take it to a shop, and have them run a vaccum test on it, then they can tell you if it is leaking. Probably needs to be recharged.
