first test fit the rear mounting bracket to the mount and let it sit.. See where the bracket hits the rear cross member?? bend that area down.. if you dont, when you turn your motor on after the swap, you will hear a rattling/ vibrating sound.. that's the mount against the cross member..

don't bother. just use a short alternator belt.

you will also need linkage bushings. The hasport linkage does not come with them. I beleive the integra ones do.

we are talking about the front crossmember correct?!! do not bend the subframe under the firewall!! it is true about the driver's side needing some denting, and it does need a good deal of denting. as for the front crossmember, cut off the stock mount, and you will have to trim into the middle towards the motor if you are running an aftermarket header. B series parts are B series parts. use the 99-00 SI parts whenever possible, as well as del sol VTEC parts. i would strongly reccomend a new head gasket, timing belt and water pump. do it now while it is easy to get at the side of the motor before dropping it in!

i may be wrong here, but i think that's only necessary when using place racing mounts, which mount the motor farther forward in the engine bay. i think the hasports keep the motor farther back, which means no modifications to the front crossmember are needed, but as is said above, you do need to create a little more room at the back of the engine bay.

you need...
90-91 non obd distributor, injector plugs. 90-93 rear engine mount. 91 integra upper and lower radiator hoses, 90-91 clutch and throttle cables.
And you do have to hammer down the crossmember to fit a JDM header. I'm using the new billet mounts and the only diffference is its about 1/4 inch taller, better alignment of axles.

Hasport mounts you do not need to dent the front crossmember at all. You may need to dent the rear one but first fit the mounts on ant the engine rear bracket and see if you have enough room.

I'm pretty sure Hasports new mounts dont need the rear member dented at all. But to be safe check it first

You don't need to hammer down the crossmember if you're putting a header other than a JDM 4-1. The rear lip by the firewall need to be folded to avoid vibration...hasport site shows all photos and instructions.

here is where you hammer for the alternator. this is looking towards the driver's side.
