i have had over 8 cars
talon awd, conquest tsi, and some beaters. i love efs, but i am getting to the point where the paintn is pissing my off, becuase it is ulgy as ****. and the fact people laugh at my car, even if i pulll cars lenghts on them,.
i am not really into selling the car, after looking at tge ef squad it has bring hope once again to my little ef,
btw my typing is the suck
and how do i become a ef squad member.

ps. some mods on the way i forgot to talk about,
i have 2 racing seats. and the plan is, instead of boost like i was going to do. i am staying N/A the car is good for high 13s now if it was tuned right. well i am going to do a header, intake mani, exhaust. tune and hope for mid 13s. the car is untuned right now.
well i went to the track on the 4 th of july. and ran a 14.9 with a 2.5 60ft at 96mph. i was spinng the tires in 3rd and barking in 4th. so i know it will pull a really low 14 as it sits. got into it with a ls1 slowerao a buddy of mine. started from 45/40.55/35. all og them i pulled a car until 90 then he passed me
so i am that is what i am hoping for

i know is it a really bad time. i had the tires at 40 and 44 psi and running kentica. it wasn't a good day at the track. i dropped them down to like 24 and got a 2.2 60ft but i broke my shifter backet so i still had a bad pass/ 60ft.
i say leave the paint get some OG wheels on it, paint the moldings maybe a jdm front end with the same paint and you got yourself a winner. its all about keeping the oldskool look.

each car you mentioned sound to me like a beater/shitbox.
when i buy cars, usually i upgrade, each one is better than the last. if this is your current car, i'd hate to see the old ones.

I dont think it looks that bad, the body isnt rusted at least... the paint just sucks. Flat army green?
Get it painted, or do the 50 dollar paint job in the paint/body forum. Then maybe people wont laugh at your car... personally i wouldnt care though, the paint sucks on my car, it looks ok from far away, but once you get close you can see that its chipped all over because the last owner painted it at maaco, 300 dollar special single stage
Once i get it running well and a new engine/suspension swapped in im going to repaint, because id rather have a car that runs well rather than one that just sits and looks good. But once it runs well you can focus on the looks.

I say keep it and just get some paint for it. nice set up I wanna go ls-v. but to me I think the **** green is pretty cool. nice hatch
