any idea how to piant a hood like a carbon fiber style?

Default any idea how to piant a hood like a carbon fiber style?

the topic say everything... i hear that some ppl did it. i j/w how u paint a hood so it look like a carbon fiber hood?

Very carefully. I think that would be a pretty tedious job. I mean you could paint it in tiny checkers and it may look like a carbon fiber from a distance, but up close it would look like the dookie.

This is true, it'll probably cost just as much or more than a real carbon fiber hood to get your hood painted to look like carbon fiber, may as well just buy one.

We actually did a dell sol and put a cf hood on it then painted the roof, and trunk carbon fiber it came out really nice. i cant find any pics

use the fiber dry wall tape it has little squares in it and is self adhesive..do a black base then apply the tape and go over with the gray coat...i've seen some cool effects done with the just make sure you use light coats so it wont bleed
