New Tire already
So I put a brand new set of pirelli diablos on my bike about 4500 miles ago an the back on is gone already. I don't burn out an Im def no pro this is my first bike. The sides are pretty shot already too. When I first got the bike I took it real easy now that Im getting used to it an riding every day the weather permits me to we have been hitting up the local Mt road that have alot more twisties then most of the roads around here. Anyway is this normal for the tire to go that fast?
The Diablos should last more than 4500 miles, unless they are the Diablo Corsa or Diablo Supercorsa. My buddy was able to squeeze three trackdays and 8k miles worth of commuting out of his Diablos before retiring them.
Are the tires at the correct psi?

Yes we checked the tire psi when we put them on at the shop an I just checked the tire it the normal Diablo. I noticed that they are real sticky after a run through the the mt but just figured that to be normal. Idk either way im going to have to get a new one now
Diablos are fairly hard but 4500 isn't really that bad.
I've gotten less than 4k on some M1's before, granted they're a little softer but it really depends on your bike and riding style, if the tires are always properly inflated, etc.

Im just getting the back tire this time but when I put new tires on in the spring I put a new ones on both front an rear. As for the wear the front tire is worn but hardly, I noticed that it isn't as sticky as the rear after a ride. I wouldn't have expected it to be considering that there is no torque or as much weight on it
1. Are they the regular diablos or the supercorsas?
2. What kind of bike are they on?
3. Do you exit corners hard on the throttle?
I got about 5k out of my Pilot Powers and everyone says that was a miracle. Sticky tires will wear fast.

I realize that sticky tires wear faster that's why I didn't bother getting the PP I really didn't think that I would of put them to use all that well. I chose the Diablos cause I thought I would get more use an milage outta them
