the 7th gen civics are as follows
DX/LX/EX
01-05
2DR/4DR
D17A1/D17A2
i don't know what the **** your talking about when you say you don't like how it sits. you sound like a whiny ten year old bitch. the cars listed above have very similar engine bays, and the SRI that you'd buy for all of them, would all be the same and they'd all look the same when installed.

ok let me make this easy. the ex one is like an l shape and the one i seen for the lx the first section is like an s shape, it goes over to the right then down, back up then the other section of the intake that the filter is connected.sorry if im not that car smart. all i want to know is will the lx intake fit the ex, cause like i say when i went to order it one says ex only (L- shape) the other says lx and dx (S-shape).thanks to the peps who are trying to help me.

The first photo is an SRI which can be fit to any 01-05 model.
The second picture is seems like CAI, has different model, you need to choose if your application is for AT or MT.

well the best way to get the best looking intake is to NEVER open your hood, and the lx intake has different bends, i have an 04 ex with the correct aem short ram intake they call for the 04 ex model and i kinda like the look, i got it only for the reason that it ups gas mileage.

This is the dx/lx short ram.
and no...the ex only fits the ex, and the dx/lx only fits the dx/lx. The bracket on the tube is in a different position on both models. And why the hell would u buy it based on looks alone....sounds kinda like a ricey mentality
