So I over reved and now the compression is way off still runs good but i am going to pull off the head and just rebuild it. The car has 130k on it also. So i was wanting advice on how to rebuild all oem parts? this car will be daily driven with a few mods exhaust and intake pretty much is all. so please post your thoughts.

 

replace the valves and have the machine shop install new guides and buy new springs and retainers too.
