Default fast turn signals.

hey i have hyper blink on both turnsignals... at first it was just the right turn signal but after my friends did a break change for me [first time since i got the car] the left side had hyper blink too.
i understand there is a way to fix this but idont know how and my friends are asssholes and dont wanna fix it for me, they think its funny :[

i liked it at first but now i want it back to normal speed because u cant tell that my sidemarkers blink at the opposite time unless my hazards are on.

OH btw, when hazard lights are on, they blink at normal speed.

thanks in advance

Usually when they blink fast its due to a bulb being out, or a short somewhere.

yep this usually happens when one of the bulbs is out, give the car a quick once-over, check all the flashers, running lights, and hazzards.

x2, just turn on your lights, and walked around the outside of your car, and check if all lights are working correctly. thats what i did to my car.

well lets see, my right turn signal is no longer on my car because the bracket is broken and i have yet to fix it, but i have fast signals WAY before this.... umm what else, my tail lights, the corner parts, the small end lights went out about 2 months after i got the car.

could that be it?. but if i turn on my car, all the lights [side markers, tailights, front blinkers/rear] work fine, when i turn hazards on it blinks normal but when i use them for lane change it has hyper blink.

Definately a short or a burned bump somewhere.

Haha, sounds like you have some funny friends.

well its not that they did it on purpose, they did my break change for me way back when i first got the car. only the left blinker was hyper at the time then after when i got the car back i noticed the right side was like that too..

couple days later i told them about it and they laughed and told me "well now ur a racer, even ur turn signals are fast"

that means you have a total of 4 plugs to deal with up front. make sure none of them have an exposed wire. also, check your fuses and make sure they're the right amp. i've had problems like that with my first civic (in 1996) and most of that was my problem.

good luck.
