will 99-00 civic headlights work on a 97 ex?

Unless you do the 99-00 conversion it will. HOwever, you'll need cash... And with that, you'll need fenders, hood, bumper, and headlights

You would need a 99-00 Front end conversion. Not exact cheap, but definitely possible. Jdmcarboy.com has the conversion package I believe, or you could buy everything seperately. (99-00: Hood,fenders,grill,bumper,headlights).

You can also put a Corvette LS1 engine into a civic and convert it to RWD as well. It just costs money. ANYTHING is convertable. But answer is no.
