Default Difference in Crank Pulley (B16A2 vs B16B)

I broke my Crank Pulley on my 99 Si (B16A2) I know how the option to buy a B16B Pulley for REALLY cheap and in great condition.

My only question is:

Does the B16B pulley utilize the same belts as the B16A2 pulley? Are the diameters different or what?

Actually there are two, the N1 pulley which has one and the regular pulley which has more.
