you want a consistent reading across all cylinders. not necessarily high numbers.
plus.... some compression testers are crappy $10 autozone brand, and others could cost $$$$$.
your times seem about right. that motor has a little more in it with some good 60 ft. and maybe the regular bolt ons.... 14.5 could be had easily.... if not better.

Get a real intake on there, the filter on TB thing kills your torque.
About the compression test, you need to also open the throttle all the way to do it properly.

Your r/t doesn't effect your et's at all. I usually sit at the light for an extra second or two just to make sure I'm ready. People always try to "beat" the guy in the next lane, but I could give a ****. I just want to beat that clock.

usually the same for me, but i can cut a mean light.... and depending on what i'm up against, i'll smash.

The only time I seem to do well is when I'm up against someone else (it's usually a VW or a V8)
To the OP, your times seem about avg. to me. I think my old B16 CRS went 15.3 w/ a LS tranny (through a CEL 3/4 the way down the track too
)

you won't prolly get your 60 down very much farther with street tires cuz if you lauch much higher , you spin the tires.......but you could get around the 2.0 's most likly
That sounds about right. My friends b16 crx runs the same ET on street tires 14.0 to 14.2. It only has a header and intake. The best I've seen here in Hawaii out of a b16 with headers and a intake was 13.54 @101. 22in slicks, stock clutch, apexi exhaust with no cat. 92 eg hatch. My EF, b16 built with ctr parts ran a best of 12.83 @105 on 20 in slicks and an open exhaust.

Yes, it was a TPS issue on the BBK throttle body, no biggie. It would do it sometimes when, fixed it on the dyno shortly after.
