Car wont Crank! I only hear click???

Drove the car home fine and the next morning it wont crank.
Changed the relay, fuel pump, battery is fine interior lights and all lights are bright.

When I try to start it All I hear is a CLICK???

Is your starter or battery out?

id say the battery is out, it only takes a little bit of power to get the lights on, charge the battery for a little bit then if that doesnt work, id say its the starter.
