So, I have been presented with the option of selling my shell.

However, it presents a good deal of aggravation and heartache. I will have to have it towed from progressive's lot to my apartment complex, and it will not be able to sit there for very long before it gets ticketed and/or towed. Perhaps two days, maximum.

If I am to sell it instead of letting the insurance company sell it for salvage, I need to get $3K. At this point, it doesn't make economic sense for me to take anything less, and I can only sell it if someone is ready and willing and able to pay that price. Also, the buyer will need to pick it up, either this week before thursday (am going out of town) or first thing next week (Monday).

A few of you have been in touch with me about it, and I'll give you guys first priority since you seem serious. But those are the terms and I can't negotiate.

Reply here, or PM. If this is going to happen, it needs to happen ASAP. I can't hold out for very long. I need this to wrap up so I can move on with my life. Thanks guys.

The body itself is in great shape. It's not damaged from what I saw, except a scuff on the front bumper.

It had new paint a year ago...so that's significant IMO. Front lip and rear spoiler are gone.

Not much else left. One of the most thorough strip jobs I have ever seen.
