Default license plate fix-it

i got a fix-it ticket in socal for no front plate (never got one from the dealer), my question is does anyone know a way to mount it w/o drilling the holes in the bumper the traditional way?

There's this plastic bracker/plate holder that screws into 3 points on your car. 2 on the bumper, 1 in the mouth.

If you need one I got one. is an acceptable trade.

Do you really need the bracket? Can you just screw it on wit the two top holes?

You could but the plate would scratch the hell out of your bumper. I don't remember if the holes even line up.

ziptie it to the bumper grill to get the ticket signed off, then take it off again. signed off ticket + no holes anywhere on the bumper = win- win situation
