Default STOCK D16Y7 NOS

I am thinking about getting a wet nitrous system for my 2000 civic dx looked at a lot of the forums and came to the conclusion that a 35- shot shouldn't hurt the engine. Any suggestions as to a good kit to go with????

why would you spend all the money on n2o on a 95 hp motor to end up with 120hp?

I like the NOS brand most myself. also the Nitrous Express is nice. i dont care for Zex myself but a lot of people do. i would do a 50-60 wet though. 35 is hardly noticeable. make sure and do a step colder plugs and retard timing a few degrees.

yeah do a 75 wet shot thatll wake up the beast a little bit, theres a video on streetfire, they do a 150 shot on a bone stock d16, it makes like 215whp, then they bump it up to a 250 and blow it up, pretty sweet.

Read up on nitrosoxide if i was u rebuild the y7 or put some up graded piston like vitaras and then do the 150 shot direct port. and hide it so it looks stock.

Just do a wet shot to be even more safe.

Who knows, I'm sure muscle car guys want to know why people spend blah blah just to get 140hp to the wheel.

What is the most that the stock engine could handle.

depends on how good your tune is. i think the max whp for the d16z6 and y7 is 200 whp.
