heres the problem:
when i open the throttle up, the motor misfires up through the rpm range and has very little power. i changed all the plugs and wires with my running b18c1 and it still did the same thing. i ran a compression test and it was 190, 180, 180, 190. my last three possibilities are an injector, fuel pump, or the tps sensor. it smells like its running rich, so i dont think its the fuel pump. would a bad tps sensor do this? help soon! thanks.

 

check ur fuel pressure but i had ALL the same symptoms on my ls engine and i tried alot of stuff but it ended up being my valve lash. it also sounded louder in the higher rpm range at wot. its prolly not tps or id run fine then once the pedal was so far down then id run shitty. get u some seafoam and use half to decarbonize the engine and put the other half in a half a tank of gas. test the resistance on your injectors. if you tell me what kind of car it is i can give you specs on valve lash and injectors. good luck an happy hunting

 

got some codes to come up-1, 16, and 43. meaning...dirty/bad injector(s). my buds got a set that im gonna swap and well see how she runs.
