too much wheel hop!

Default too much wheel hop!

i have too much wheel hop and it makes it hard to burn out! how do u reduce wheel hop! what does wheel hop mean? is it bad????????????

replace motor mounts with solid units or install some inserts at least. and you could also try one of those dampening units- looks like a little shock absorber that fits on the motor mount. yes its not good for your car to have bad wheelhop.

check your tire pressure maybe you have too much air...other than that id agree with the motor mounts

so you have wheel hop, but you dont know what it means....

Car height doesn't have any meaningful effect on wheel hop.

Traction bar, H brace, or mount inserts will help.

try a suspension bushing kit.... i read it on the box (says it stops wheel hop). I have no clue if it does stop it or not.

second that also tires make a difference and do you have a LSD? most likely not so look at that also.

Stiffer struts and shocks worked for me. I blew a brand new tranny from too much wheel hop. It's extremely violent!! Avoid it at all means!

I put on a good suspension a traction bar and hasport almost completly eliminated my wheel hop.

I once broke a spring iin my front left side on my mx3. It was so bad. I went to do a burn out and the bitch bounce like it was on hydraulics.

new struts, lsd, solid mounts all sound like a good idea if its a huge problem for you. also maybe u just need to get the tire spinning faster so it wont hop. haha.
