need help on buying a turbo ???

im trying to get a new turbo since the one i bought was stolen...
im looking to get atleast 350whp ...
im looking at a garrett 60-1 turbo....he's asking $650 for it ...but its new..
or should i just get a 57trim t3/t4 garrett...63ar

this is my setup...

b18c1 block
b16a2 head
b18c1 tranny
stock sleeves

Mahle forge piston 81.50mm 9-1cr
eagle rods
polished crank
arp head bolts
cometic head gasket
ITR cams
ACT 6 puck
JG edlebrock intake manifold/ 68mm RPM TB

custom ramhorn
3 inch DP w/ e cutout
Tial wastegate 38mm
HKS bov
2.5 coldside--- 2.50 hotside
Gready FMIC
550cc RC
AEM fuel rail
FPR

running chrome/p28

its in a 2000 civic si....
looking to get around 350whp....or looking to run high 12's with full slicks....
but dont know which turbo to choose ???
im kinda new to turbo...so i need help on this....thanks alot guys
