Undercoating and dynamat
I am always looking for more ways to make my car more like that lexus is300 that i wish i could own or the kid down the street with his acura rl. My question is already i just earlier did an undercoating on my wheel wells and am now debating whether dynamat is worth the money for the sound deadening effects. What have you had luck with?
dynamat is pretty good at killing sound, but dynamat is really expensive. go for some cheaper sound damping material from ebay. it works just as well
You can check here : http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/ . They compare a bunch of Sound Dampening Products. Just to give you an idea

ive heard the really thick foamy roofing tar paper works well. ive never done it but some buddies have. i am using it on my custom enclosure setup
I'm probably definately putting in my trunk and on the floor of my car to mute the back noise and road noise. not sure about my doors yet. my exhaust bugs me on long trips, or then again I love my car kinda quiet inside but love the engine noise.
