the lights on my cluster went out and they haven't been working for awhile now so i tried to replace the bulbs still the cluster didn't work and on the dash below the cluster is an adjustable **** to adjust the dimmer of the needle/lights for the fuel and the oil temp ... i barely moved those wires going to it and i heard a tick ... then the brake lights wont work or my turn signals either. can anyone please help me... and still after all this the lights on my cluster are still out and will not turn on .... thanks for the help

 

The only time my gauge cluster in my car went out was when the relay had to be replaced.

 

where is he relay how much does it cost to replace ???

 

is that dimmer also a relay?

 

My relay for my cluster is just hanging under the dash so I don't know where the original spot is but just look under there. It's a small black box that you can unplug. They are cheap to replace.

 

did you check the fuses? cluster fuse should be under the dash and the one for the brake lights should be under the hood

 

fuse, if i remember right there all on the same fuse.

 

brake lights and horn are on one fuse that is under the hood, and for the others i think it might be 2 or so fuses under the dash
