Default Horn not workin is there a relay

Hi guys just wondering if on my 95 Civic si will there be a horn relay , no power going to the fuse and the button on the inside of my car . I followed the wire back from the horn no sings of cracks or breaks in the wires .

theres a fuse. check the fuse

I checked the fuse no power going to it at all . so thats why i'm asking os their a relay .

yes there is a relay, I can't find a diagram that shows which one but its in the under dash fuse box.

also if you look at the bottom of the steering column in the yellow srs harness (at the bottom where it clips on) remove those two pieces and flip the square part over and you will see numbers 1-6 ..#6 is the horn wire if you need to do any testing

yeah need help on this also.. gave up long time ago.. my horn dosent work and i did the same thing as this guy... checked everything, followed wire. fused. made sure horn worked(btw 2 inch wire.. and touchin the car battery wit the horn on the other end.. and holdin the horn is not good on ears.. use earplugs when u try this method.. haha).. but neway.. need help.. i need to pass inspection

Cool dude i will try that but i have tryed unpluging and plug that yellow clip did nothing for me . thanks tho i will try again . this all started when i replaced my steering rack finish the job then the horn went to **** .

No I tested the horn , It works fine trust me my ears or still ringing
