Default Mileage not showing on cluster etc'

Is there a way to reset the cluster and/or what would cause the mileage etc to randomly stop showing up on the cluster? Where the mileage etc is always shown it just says trip-A

ap1 cluster'

it was working fine and displayed everything'

Can it be that simple?

To the OP: If it says Trip A, then it's on the trip odo. It should go to Trip A, Trip B, then to the total odometer. If you have a newer S2000, another option will show Oil Life.

Sorry, I don't remember my AP1 cluster. The Select button selects between trips and oil life. If you hold it down, you change the mph to kph. The other button (Reset, I think) resets the trip counter.

The beep is normal. Most, if not all cars to that. It's the seat belt chime. Plug your seat belt in during the chime and see if it stops immediately.

alright yea you were right about the beeping issue, reason why i was new to me is because i didnt have the seat belt wiring connected before hand. Everything works perfect except it wont show mileage or how many miles are on the trip counter, it just gives me the option of changing the trip to a or b how-ever when i first insert the key the mileage icon and others light up for a temp second so i know there at least getting power properly and so fourth'
