STOLEN BLACK 94 GS-R IN JERSEY CITY LAST NIGHT
Some bastards stole my blk/blk 94 GS-R across the street from my house last night. It happened around from what my neighbor told me possibly around 2:30 this morning. If the thief views this board, just to let you know you may be on videotape. Looking for 1-3 black males, driving possibly a 98-00 black Civic Si. Furthermore, the car belongs to a cop. Car has 31K miles also. If the car hasn't been stripped in the 6 hours that it has been gone, it would be wise to contact the Jersey City Police Department and tell them where it can be located no questions asked. A couple of pics are attached.

That sucks dude, that car would seriously be worth a lot even at it's age. Really hope you get it back in one piece.

i saw this posted on some thread like last week about how you wanted to sell it. i bet some ******** saw it and saw how nice it was and how low the miles were and decided to steal it. i hate theifs, its not fair to the rest of us who actually work for our ****.

i would advise people that post pics of there cars on H-T to hide there state and city in which they live in i bet those guys saw his car on ht and saw where he lived and found his car isnt too hard to find when you know where he lives and in what city all they have to do is look around citys in the east are small so hide ur address/state/city

but maybe it was someone who lives there and saw his car but you can help prevent your car from being stolen by hidding your info(state, city)i bet there are lots of thieves on HT
Thanks a lot everyone.. We'll wait and see what happens in the meantime.. As the hours pass by, I am sure the likelihood of getting it back is less. But then again, in my line of work I have seen dumber thieves..

Man I just responded to another gsr getting stolen.
Like I said in that one. It seems like we can't have anything now a days. Too many low lives out there who don't want to earn what they want.
It'll come back to each of them 10 fold.
Goes around, comes around.
Reap what you sow.
Hope you get it back

Wow, this is really getting out of control. People seem to be jacking these as easy as they can swipe a pack of gum, and law enforcement seems to be treating it as such. I know they are just doing there job, and following procedure, but these threads are all too common here, and this is just one internet forum. It is scary to think how many more people are getting their cars jacked and have no one to help keep an eye out.
It is obvious that thieves either are aware of how easy it is to get away with this, or are not worried about the punishment (which obviously varies state to state).
In a perfect world, jails could free up some room by releasing people that merely had a bag of plant material on them to make room for these scum bags that have no respect for personal property (one of the basic foundations of a civilization)
Sorry, this is turning into a rant when it should be about you hopefully getting your car back. It just kills me that there are so many of these threads lately, and something like this has never even happened to me.
Here's hoping you find your car, or at least the shell for some kind of closure. I would offer to keep an eye out, but living where I do, this just isn't very common.

Well, I was notified today that the car was found.. I went to check it out and at least some stuff that was in the car I hoped that was there was in it. At least I have closure and my insurance company is really good so I shouldn't have a problem getting past this. Thank God I had full coverage on the car.
Dude thats really fucked up. Someone just jacked my 94 black gs-r this morning too but I got it back luckily 3 hrs or so later before they had a chance to do too much damage. Hope you find it...That cars definately awesome for the mileage and condition. I know what you're going through, after the adrenaline rush i was sick as expletive to my stomach after having that car for 3 years now.
