Coming from someone with four posts?

It involves taking your tranny to pieces and knowing how to put it back. Transmissions are complicated IMO... I never want to mess with the insides of one.

Just one question.. why?

I test drove a manual EX coupe before I got my SI, and even pinning the gas, there really was no tire smoking when I was turning from a redlight or anything. There really isn't enough power to justify an LSD having to stop wheel-spin.

Taken from FS thread sticky:

https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=2

"A buddy of mine has 2 R18 engines for sale. One has about 30k miles, it was used for a few track events and 24 hours race @ thunderhill. The other engine is brand new 0 miles. Everything is complete except for no header and egr pipe. One of the engines has a shaved head. Looking to get at least a 1K for each.
Also for sale are two trannys to go with the engines. One has 30k miles. The other one has 0 miles. Both Shift Perfect Both transmissions have Civic Si LSD's Installed. Looking for get 1k for each.

Also have steering rack, cradle, some misc stuff too. Gonna get pictures of everything up as soon as the engine is out of the car. Reason for selling is because he is upgrading. Any questions dont hesitiate to ask and i will get back to you as soon as i can. Everything is located in the bay area, Ca
