Default Rough start up on 1990 Integra hot or cold.

Hello everyone. I've got a 1990 Acura Integra and when I try to start it it really has a tough time starting. It will start as soon as i turn the ignition but will kind of "bog" or have a "heavy" start. It is hard to explain but it feels like something is clogged. It is not a problem right now because it still starts everytime but I think it might be in the winter months. Spark plugs are new, fuel pump primes as it should and all the fuel lines look ok. I am thinking fuel filter or fuel injectors? Any other suggestions or advice?

Edit: Idle is normal

Your concentrating on your fuel system, but you might need to check your ignition components; dist. cap, rotor, coil, ignitor, plug wires, and also your cam timing and ignition timing.

thanx alot, is there anyway to diagnosis which part it is other than a visual inspection? Like a voltmeter or something? I don't have a timing gun to check my timing tho

If it doesnt start on hot days, chances are that it's your fuel relay.

It always starts, it just hesitates and seems like its bogged down when it starts
