hey i have a 99 si with lsv the problem im having is my car was driving fine today till i made a u-turn 1st, 2nd, then wet into vtec car died butnot completly idles low and then makes this crazy noise like a suckking noise(air that is) lik a howl but car dies change coil and igniter started but upon start no rpm signal now here is the thing that bothers me the rpm signal pin on the harness side was never ran to anything car been like this for a minute now also after these problems i noticed the the rpm came up after but cuts off a 5000 still engages into vtec but i know the car not runnig the same

please help

 

ok i just changed the ecu which was a p28 with a 2step set at 5 and put the stock ecu which is a SI ecu, car passes through the rpm fine. put back on a stock p28 with the jumper harness rpms went dead
i think its the jumper
