I live in New Zealand and i don't see much around and when i do see a 3rd gen they dont look like they are being taken care of. So are they rare over there or are there still plenty around?

not rare at all, i live in chicago and see them all the time. and haven't seen a SINGLE ONE that is being maintained, externally anyway.

 

Yeah the problem is that they are all rusting away!! I see quite a few around, but I used to want one and haven't seen one in 3 years that I would even debate purchasing for any price! Of course I am doing super surgery to keep my 4th gen from rusting away as is!

 

I saw a pretty well maintained one here in Minnesota, I was quite surprised on how well it looked. But other than that one on Friday, I hardly ever see one.

I see em quite often around northeast pa, every single one of them is rusting away though, and the other half are driven by kids who just love to put unpainted body kits and altezzas on them
