I have 2 problems
One is I have water getting in the interior of my car from the A/C. How am I suppose to stop this.
The 2nd problem is those black or crome strips people put on the edge of the quater panel and on the edge of the front fender. How can I get the adhesive that's left behind off. I've tried goo gone and oops neither worked. Thanks for any information.

1. See if the A/C drain hose is clogged. Refer to link:

If not, like JDM_DC4_Fanatic stated, time to pull out dash.
2. To remove the adhesive, try this little trick, use some WD-40. Do a test spot first.

Why pull out the dash?
On all the Accords you might need to drop off the glove box and it's support to be able to drop the evaporator, but the dash can stay right where it is.
Of course the OP has a "top secret" year Accord
