ES2 Window Regulator Quick Question
I have an 04 civic EX (4DR) and my driver's side window fell down. I can hear the motor running when I press the button, so I think it may be the top cable that snapped.
Any advice on what I should do here? I mean, do I have to spend 240 bucks on a whole regulator assembly, or can I just pull a cable off one in a junk yard? And what cables from what civcs would fit my car?
Any guideance anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. I am on a pretty tight budget right now, and I am sick of my window being held up with duct tape..lol.
thanks in advance

Take off the inner door card so you can see the mechanism inside. When i had this happen in my EJ6, all that had happened is the glass had come out of the runner. 5 minutes later it was back in and i had a 100% working window again. It's worth a go before you go diving into anything else.
