liberty replacement parts

Default need liberty replacement parts

How long to get parts like gears or face plates anyone?Where to buy?Has anyone had experence where this?

if its anywhere as long as it takes to get a full gear set... you are probably looking at around 10-15 years.

It is stuck between gears and something happened to third gear.Need to remove to inspect it.

How does a car with only 600 hp break this trans .Found lip on second gear broken.This sucks why send this much money if its going break this soon.

There's got to be more to this than just Liberty's parts failing.

As everyone knows we run this same gear set and this season haven't broken anything.
No broken gears, final drives, nothing.

Yes, Liberty assembled that transmission but I just got off the phone with Craig and he said there's almost no way to shim too tight.
He would like to see the transmission as that way he can quickly diagnose what actually happened and if it's something caused on their end they will be happy to take care of it.

Reguardless at least you'll have a difinitive answer to the problem and they can replace or repair to get you your transmission back.

This thing is like legos to put together, its pretty hard to install something wrong. What kind of fluid were you running?

Correct, Unless someone took it apart and put the shimms in the wrong spots,then it can cause clearance issues.

Does running the liberty gearset change the oil requirements of the transmisson?
