Default Vibration in the Steering Wheel

If I am driving around 40-60 or 100-120 I feel vibration - but not while braking

I check everything in front end area...but nothing I can shake with my hand..

but so far I replaced , all 4 tires, upper control arms and both drive axles (re manufactured)

so what would be the next.. any input will be appreciated

now about the transmission half shaft - I don't know about this; how do I check this?

I would have said the balance of the wheels or the axles but since you got new tires I assume they balanced them and you said you got new axles. I'd check still for a bent rim although you should have felt it move to the back if you switched them.

hmm, that could be it, yes I check my wheels holding by 12 and 3 o clock positions, but I couldn't feel any play at all, however some ppl say even if you don't feel play wheel bearings can be bad...

I would like to have some more in put before I spent my arm and leg....

I truly appreciate all you guys help -

Thanks again.

Are your tire low profile? If so, were they force balanced? If not that's probably your problem.

Does your car have the Honda factory wheels on it? Some wheels are very hard to balance. I had aftermarket wheels on my Toyota that were almost imposible to balance. One time, out of about 10 tries they got it real close. Unfortunatly, I made the mistake of going for perfect, and ended up back at terrible.

yes; I have Honda factory wheels - tires are brand new Goodyear stock size. only thing I didn't do is replace ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings - rotors and pads....(no vibration while braking so - no need new rotors and pads right)

I am taking her to shop coming Friday, will see what they going to find this time?

I am 6ft...tall quit strong big guy, I can't believe I couldn't shake anything under the car's front end...lol

edit

Oh I forgot to tell you guys, today car start to wobble (steering and front driver's side wheel) - now I am pretty sure something is loose, but don't know what.

Wheel Bearing or improperly torqued axle nut.

Ok; back from shop, now they tight my axle nut(spindle nut) to 181 Lbf-ft, said wheel bearings are fine - couldn't find any loosed parts.

Went to the Alignment shop, guy said everything right on the money - no need any adjustment.

Wheels are well balanced - but still wobbly steering - now he asked me to go to the tire shop and get them to change front 2 tires, because they may have some defects...

Tire shop guy told me to bring the car Monday - and will change them or upgrade all 4 tire to something better than "S" rated tires - but I will have to pay the difference -which I don't mind.

Thanks for all the help....let you know what happend.

Have a good Weekend.
