ever since i got my teg, two or three times a year when im sitting idle it starts to over heat (i see my needle spike). now it only happens 2-3 times a year so.... i have no idea what it could be..

i have a full size fluidyne radiator, new thermo, new hoses ect.... i dont lose any fluid ever.

could it be i have air bubbles? or thermo maybe sticks closed sometimes? soon as i start to drive again it cools right off.

 

Does your fan turn on, if not, there you go.

 

yea it does turn on. but not all the time. tbh im not sure if its on when this happens.
