Default b16 cams beneficial in gsr head??? (quick question)

i tried searching but everyone asks if it is ok to have b16 cams in a gsr head, but i already know its ok. i want to know if having the b16 cams in the gsr head is better than having the gsr cams in there, since the b16 intake cam is slightly larger than the gsr intake cam. if not, please tell me why. thanks a lot
