Ok well the time has come for me to move on, up for sale is my 01' ITR. I am the second owner of this beautiful car and all ive done is babied it since i've owned it, it has never been abused, never been in a wreck and never been raced or ever seen a track. People who know me will vouch for the cleansiness of this car and how well kept it is. Car also has a very minor wire tuck. I am willing to sell this car for 15k firm bone stock or w/ all the mods for 24k obo (car will also come w/ all the stock parts)

Nice car... pricey with the mods. But if returned back to stock... 15k with 84k miles... thats the way to go right there.

 

Yes, this is h-t user py's R. I pm'ed him about the Work wheels a couple months ago, when i first heard it was f.s.

$15k is pretty reasonable. $24k is beyond laughable.

I'm really curious what the underside and fenderwells look like after all that time at that height.

oh yeah cause the car is in horrible shape and has been abused on a track for most of its life....

So I don't think 1) it is rarely driven and 2) you will have a hope for getting $24K. with the nifty add ons. I bought both of mine for $24k brand spankin new 6 years ago. And many people besides maybe you and the owner know that mods Do Not add value. If the car was pristine and unmolested with low mileage then the story may be different.

NEWS FLASH you're posting in the wrong forum showing off a show car to a majority who actually daily drive, track and autocross ours on a regular basis.

Your ignorant remarks about abuse & tracking cars are just foolish. I'd take a well maintained regularly tracked car from a known member here instead of a SlIzZamed show car of questionable maintenance posted from 2 nobodies we've not heard of. Most show cars I've seen are hacked and half assed to the hilt.

No flames, just honesty. Best of luck with the sale. But you're barking up the wrong tree.

PY is the second owner of the car so most of the milleage was due to the previous owner, and hell if it was me id be trackin the **** out of the car too but thats not what he likes to do. this car is very well mainteined and never abused so why would there be "questionable maintance" issues, everything is kept up to par the car is mint, and i like how everyone keeps pointing at the 24k price when 1st that price is obo and second you can buy the car stock for 15k if you dont like the bolt-ons or the suspension the car can be easily turned back to stock and someone will have a clean, stock, mint cond. type R that has never been abused for 15k which i think is very reasonable

 

i think it would be better to part out the bolt ons. if you wanna sell the bbs pm me a price. thanks.

 

this has to be one of the cleanest R's ive ever seen....every mod on it is tasteful and compliments the car and i would not change one thing....although i think 24 k is a bit much id say you should start at 19-20 k w/ mods....BUMP for a super clean street car.
