Default Clutch / Tani problem?

Ok. I am really confused with this issue.

I am getting a whine sound when I start to engage the clutch from a stopped position. But not all the time. But it seems to be more when its warm out.

Also no the even bigger problem is. When I am in acceleration the car jumps. Almost like the clutch is not engaging. Especially when I hit vtec.

And now this morning I was driving and I was at about 40 mph in 4th gear and it started to jump again and you can her the motor make a different sound when it does to the jumping. But I do have a 3” exhaust so you can hear everything. Haha.

My thoughts were the throw-out bearing (release bearing) and then I was thinking it might be the pressure plate is losing the grip

And just for the info. The clutch is not slipping when going into gears. So the clutch face should be good. What should I check or do?

I was thinking about just getting a new clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, and lightweight flywheel. But that was before this problem. But now its really and option.

Thanks for your Help
~Corey

usually the throwout bearing will make noise when u step on the clutch to engage a gear, but the revs jumping up while driving definately says to me that the clutch is slipping
