If i buy a obdo to obd1 conversion kit for my ecu what kind of ecu do I need to buy. because obviously it needs to be obd1 but does anybody know the part number or whatever because i dont want to mess this up. oh and i drive 91 honda civic EF with a DOHC ZC
You know, you've stumped me. I'm impressed!
No joking, I'd asume you can do a obd1 setup using a p28 chipped. I've seen Hs Bs and Ds all run off the setup right and the closest series wise to a zc is a D.
Look for a p28 ecu, but first check on thezcr and some tuning sites.

He's converting to OBD1, so wiring and parts changes are necessary.
